Effective date: November 5, 2026 · DialBarn is a product of Subspace Digital LLC
When you create an account we collect your email address and a password (stored only as a hash). When you use DialBarn we process call detail records associated with your lines: caller phone numbers, timestamps, call duration, and the extension pressed. If you upload a custom greeting we store the audio file you provide.
Call records are used to display your call log and line status, to route your calls, and to operate the service. We do not sell call records or personal information. We do not use your call data to advertise to you or your callers.
Destination numbers you configure (for example, your cell phone) are shared with our underlying telephone carriers solely to complete calls you have asked us to route. They are never published or shared for any other purpose.
DialBarn does not record calls. If call recording is ever introduced it will be off by default, clearly disclosed to both parties, and configurable per line.
Call logs are retained while your account is active so your call history stays available. When you close your account, your numbers, call logs, and greetings are deleted from production systems within 30 days, subject to routine backup rotation.
Traffic to DialBarn is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to production systems is restricted and authenticated. Passwords are stored as salted hashes.
If we change this policy we will post the updated version at this URL and update the effective date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
